Love goes through the stomach, especially with the delicious white chocolate fondant. Let's bake!
Ingredients
- 200 g white chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 80 g flour
Prepare
- Melt the chocolate with the butter au bain-marie or in the microwave.
- Add the sugar to the chocolate and stir well.
- Beat the eggs, add them to the chocolate and stir well.
- Sift in the flour and stir well.
- Grease the baking tins with butter.
- Then sift a little bit of flour into the molds, so the chance that they stick is even smaller.
- Divide the batter between 6 individual steel baking tins.
- Place the molds in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Preheat the Green Egg to 210°C.
- Place the convEggtor with a stainless steel or cast iron grid on top.
- Do you want to surprise your guests with a smoky flavor in your desserts? Then add some smoke moth before placing the convEggtor.
- Place the baking tins in the middle of the grid as much as possible.
- Bake the desserts on the Green Egg for about 10-12 minutes. Maintain a constant temperature of between 180 and 190 degrees.
- Let the desserts rest for at least 10 minutes after baking before removing them from the mold. If you take them out immediately, there is a greater chance that they will break.
- Serve the desserts with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and red fruit. Your white chocolate fondant is ready to eat.
